Responsibilities of a Recruiter

Sourcing: Utilize every possible channel available to reach to maximum job seekers

Profile Validation: Educational background validation; Experience validation and Interest-level validation

Interview and selection process: Pre-screening; Assessment; Scheduling further interviews

Effective coordination: Effective coordination either with Prospective Candidates and Client/Hiring team

Offer release & Negotiation: Finding mutually acceptable solution by effective negotiation; Releasing an offer to the right candidate

Pre-joining formalities and on-boarding: Reference check; collection of necessary documents;

Off-boarding support: Supporting customer/client in their employee replacements

Relationship Management: Keeping up relationships with both candidates and clients
